Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our goal is that you will be very happy with your purchases at breezeoninsales.com.

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 10 days of purchase.
  • Please contact us at sales@breezeoninsales.com for a Return Approval Number.
  • Returned items without approval will not be refunded.
  • If you paid via Paypal/Google Checkout, a credit will be issued to your account for the item purchase price promptly after receipt of returned merchandise
  • If you paid via Money order, a money order will be issued back to you for the item purchase price promptly after receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Shipping is non-refundable and a restocking fee will be charged.

Q: When can I expect delivery?

A: All order are process and shipped the next business day after receiving payment. We will provide you with the USPS shipping method and Delivery Confirmation number at that time.

Q:  I paid by Paypal eCheck. Why didn't my order ship the next business day?

A: eChecks take 3-7 days to clear through Paypal. It will say on your Paypal payment page when the expected clearing date is. Once the payment has cleared Paypal (not just your bank), the order will ship out the next business day.
